Coker's Crossing was established in 2005. There are currently 159 homes in the Coker's Crossing development.
Homeowners' Association (HOA)
The Coker's Crossing HOA:
Maintains the Coker's Crossing community common areas
Enforces the covenants, rules and restrictions
Collects dues from community members
Welcomes new community members
Approves new additions to properties such as architectural changes or fences
HOA dues are used for the following purposes:
Lawn care, landscaping, and pond maintenance within the community
Electricity for the lights at the entrance of the community and to run the fountains in the retention ponds
Taxes and Insurance for community common areas
Repairs to community common areas
Providing awards to Decoration contest winners and Yard of the Month winners
The remainder of HOA dues go into a savings account that supports the Coker's Crossing community
HOA DIRECTORS AND BOARD MEMBERS
All HOA directors and board members are homeowner volunteers from within the community. Each year three of the nine members are replaced with new members. To be eligible as a board member homeowners must be in good standing. The current board members are listed below.
